For two days in March, CCLC held its Leadership Training Pilot, where frontline adult ed practitioners obtained tools to help learners stay in programs and visualize better futures. The group will continue to meet for the next six months, receiving additional technical assistance from the training’s creator, Dr. Patricia Novick. The training and the subsequent meetings are provided free to participating programs through the generous support of the Lloyd A. Fry Foundation and Chicago Tribune Charities – A McCormick Foundation Fund.
